Prior to a new resident moving in, all apartments at Midvale Court undergo a professional apartment turn service. This is led by our experienced on-site maintenance staff as well as professional 3rd party vendors as needed.
Yes, we have a professional on-site maintneance staff ready to assist resdients with any maintneance related problems they might have.
Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal on our website. We also provide a phone number resdients can call 24/7 for maintneance emergencies.
Mainntenance issues are prioritized based based on urgency, with emergencies being taken care of right away. Our goal is to address any maitneance issue within 24 hours.
No, you may authorize our maintneance team to enter your apartment when you are not home to ensure faster service.
If you are locked out of your apartment during normal business hours you may contact our nearby office and we will arrange to have your apartment opened or new keys given to you.
There are no penalties for decorating your apartment. Please consult with our team directly if you wish to hang objects with something larger than a picture nail so we can guide you throught he process and present your best options.
Amenities
Midvale Court offers a rooftop pool and spa, as well as a BBQ area. Addtionally we have an onsite gym for resdients to use, laundry facitlies on every floor, sauna and lounge area.
Our rooftop pool and deck area is available from 8am - 10pm daily.
All apartments at Midvale Court come with assigned parking.
Midvale Court has a laundry room on each floor with coin operated laundry machines for our residents to use.
We do not allow pets at our community.
Our full sized apartments come with a refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/range, and dishwasher. Our Bachelor Studio apartments only come with a kitchenette.
We do not offer any furnished apartments at this time.
We do not offer any short term leases at this time.
We do not offer any corporate leases at this time.
We are unable to hold packages at our leasing office.
The fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
The fitness center includes a treadmil, eliptical, several weight machines as well as a selection of free weights.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. There are no fees for using the communal space.
An appointment is requried for all tours.

Touring our community is alwasys free of cost.
Management is available Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.
All applications for apartments at Midvale Court are completed on our website on a first come, first served basis.
Once all roommates and guarantors have submitted their applications and supporting documents, application screening takes 1-3 business days.
Upon signing a lease the security deposit and 1st month's rent is due.
Rent can be paid online via direct deposit/e-check or credit/debit card. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. We do not accept cash or app based payments such as Zelle/CashApp/Venmo.
Rent can be paid online through the same website where you submit your application.
Yes, renters insurance is required to be purchased by all residents.
Utilities are not included in the rent.
Residents will need to set up electricity through LADWP, as well as gas through So Cal Gas. All other utilities are set up by management.
Spectrum is the most common internet/cable provider for the area.
We do offer resident referral bonuses. Please inquire directly with a leasing agent for our current rates.

Yes, Midvale Court is located very close to both UCLA commuter busses as well as several LA City bus stops.
Midvale Court is located in the heart of Westwood providing easy access to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica and the 405.
